Ingredients Cashel Blue Cheese Dip

1 cup crumbled Kerrygold

Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

1 jalapeno chile, diced

salt and pepper, to taste

Stir all ingredients together.

If dip is too thick, add more heavy cream to preference
