Kerrygold Swiss Cheese's nutty flavor pairs perfectly with the corned beef and sauerkraut in this dip. Stir in some cream cheese, sour cream and Thousand Island dressing, and you have an easy-to-make appetizer that is guaranteed to please a crowd!
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup Thousand Island dressing
½ cup sour cream
7 ounces Kerrygold Swiss Cheese, shredded
2 cups corned beef, diced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained well
Parsley for garnish
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing and sour cream until smooth. Stir in Kerrygold Swiss cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut. Transfer to 8-inch baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
