Ingredients Ice cubes

¼ ounce vanilla vodka

1 ounce espresso

1 ounce Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur

1/2 ounce dark chocolate flakes for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Pour in the vodka, espresso and Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur into the shaker.

3. Cover and shake well.

4. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with chocolate flakes.
