Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (Fahrenheit)
  2. Gather together the Kerrygold Blarney Castle Cheese and Kerrygold Salted Butter and blend.
  3. Next spread this delicious combination on a sliced French baguette. Place in the oven until slightly toasted. Top with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, minced garlic and diced onion sautéed in butter. Add a bit more Kerrygold Blarney Castle Cheese on top for good measure (yes, please!). Bake an additional 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
