Instructions:
- Place the Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and stir until well combined. Add the grated Kerrygold Swiss cheese, bacon, black olives and green onions and stir gently to combine.
- Place the mini slices of pumpernickel bread on a jelly roll pan and top each with 1 tablespoon of the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with additional green onions if desired and serve immediately.
