Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Stir together sausage, cream cheese, cilantro and 1 cup Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese until combined.
- Stuff 1 tablespoon of sausage filling in each pepper half and place on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle a few shreds of Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese on top of each pepper and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
