Instructions:

  • Place the yams in a greased 8 x 11” baking dish and set aside.
  • Place the Kerrygold Salted Butter in a small pan and heat until melted. Add the brown sugar, orange juice and maple syrup and whisk until combined and bubbling.
  • Pour mixture over the yams and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting the yams after 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of baking time.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pecans and freshly cracked pepper and serve.
