Instructions:
- Process Kerrygold Cashel Blue Farmhouse Cheese and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. (Can be covered and refrigerated for several weeks.)
- When ready to serve, adjust oven rack to center position and heat oven to 450 degrees. Place sliced bread on a wire rack and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Spread a portion of the Cashel Blue mixture on each toast. Top with a portion of apple butter, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve.
