Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of the melted Kerrygold Salted Butter.
- Add the onions and sauté until softened and barely brown, about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Place the tortillas on a flat work surface. Evenly distribute the Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese on one half of each tortilla and top with equal amounts of the onions. Fold the empty half over the cheese side.
- Lightly brush the tops with half the melted Kerrygold Salted Butter. Put the buttered sides down on a large sheet pan. Lightly brush the tops with the remaining melted butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes, until the Kerrygold Aged Cheddar Cheese is melted. Uncover and return to the oven to crisp for another 2-3 minutes.
