Salad Instructions:
- Place the pasta and romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add desired amount of dressing and toss to coat.
- Add the chicken, croutons and tomatoes and toss to coat. Add additional dressing, if needed.
- Plate the salad on individual plates and garnish with shaved Kerrygold® Reserve Cheddar Cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
Salad Dressing Instructions:
- Place anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add the olive oil and whisk vigorously to emulsify. Add grated cheese and whisk to combine. Season to taste with kosher salt and pepper.
