Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Butter one side of each bread slice with Kerrygold Salted Butter.
- On a sheet pan, place five bread slices buttered side down and top with Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese.
- Arrange the remaining five slices of Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese on top, buttered side up.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is fully melted.
- Transfer to a cutting board and cut in half. Serve immediately.
