Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice with Kerrygold Salted Butter.
  3. On a sheet pan, place five bread slices buttered side down and top with Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Arrange the remaining five slices of Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese on top, buttered side up.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is fully melted.
  6. Transfer to a cutting board and cut in half. Serve immediately.
