Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice and Tajin in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add the cheese, chiles, corn, green onions and cilantro and stir until combined.
- Place the corn mixture in a 1 quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Garnish with more cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
