Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice and Tajin in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Add the cheese, chiles, corn, green onions and cilantro and stir until combined.
  • Place the corn mixture in a 1 quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Garnish with more cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
