Instructions:
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Add one cube of Kerrygold Unsalted butter to the well of each pear and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip the pears to cut side down and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Serve with creme fraiche and granola.
